Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

For the past few months, I have been starting every morning with a delicious protein smoothie, and I have never felt better. I have more energy throughout the day and have fewer junk food cravings, yay!  I use the Life shake, which is chock full of vitamins, minerals, and a good dose of probiotics, a great way to start your day!  And with four delicious flavors – vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and caffe latte, they are crazy healthy, and have the perfect amount of sweetness, with no artificial sugar, which I love in the morning.

I’ve been playing around with a bunch of smoothie recipes – love them all – but this one is my current favorite! It’s like a chocolate covered cherry, only good for you.

Here’s the recipe:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

3/4 cup frozen dark sweet pitted cherries

2 scoops chocolate life shake

1/2 cup ice cubes

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
